Data Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a Data Admin Assistant to join our team in Te Puke. Reporting to the Data Team Lead, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining multiple databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing administrative support to keep our laboratory operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring information is accurate and entered in a timely manner
- Analyse and process data, preparing reports and documentation as required
- Maintain grower and orchard information within multiple data systems.
- Process spray diaries, clearance and residue requests.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations and database systems.
- Assist with Avogreen result reports when required.
- Provide support to client relationship managers and orchard managers to maintain complete and accurate data.
About You
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with databases and computer-based information systems
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams
- Experience in administration, data management, or a similar role
- Experience in the kiwifruit, horticulture, or primary industry would be an advantage
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Te Puke at our Verified Laboratory Services (VLS) office. Due to the seasonal nature of the role, flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends during harvest, is required.
