GlobalGAP Coordinator

We're now looking for a GlobalGAP Coordinator to join our team in Mount Maunganui.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and performing inspections, ensuring they’re completed within required timeframes and to Seeka’s standards. You’ll provide timely, accurate information, work closely with managers to continuously improve processes, and develop and deliver high-quality training.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule GAP, GRASP, and contractor audits across regions.
  • Train, mentor, and complete shadow inspections; manage training and records.
  • Perform inspections
  • Review inspections and report any conflicts to management.
  • Create and manage annual inspection allocation plans and rotations.
  • Keep systems updated with GlobalGAP/GRASP changes and standards.
  • Collaborate on improving GAP-related processes and systems.
  • Support audit prep and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working within kiwifruit, horticulture or primary/manufacturing industry.Role specific knowledge: Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Software/Technology: Previous experience using software and other computer based technology either in Seeka specific programs or using a similar software platform
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate
  • Approved GlobalGAP, GRASP Inspector and Peer Reviewer
