IS Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our
high-performing Information Systems team. If you thrive on solving complex

About the role
This is a pivotal senior role responsible for ensuring Seeka’s digital
infrastructure is secure, scalable, and future-ready.
You’ll act as part of the top-level escalation team for infrastructure and
security, working closely with the IS Ops Manager and IS Team Lead to shape and
deliver our technology roadmap. From hands-on problem solving to leading
strategic projects, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our systems running at
their best.
What you’ll be doing
• Resolve complex infrastructure and network issues
• Design, build, and maintain robust, secure IT environments
• Drive high system availability, performance, and reliability
• Involvement in developing and delivering infrastructure roadmaps and projects
• Strengthening cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
• Mentoring team members and lifting technical capability across the business
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Continuously improving systems, processes, and documentation
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure design, support, and delivery
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Deep knowledge of networking, virtualization, servers, and storage (SAN)
• Proven experience with cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery
• Hands-on experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SQL Server and related
technologies
• Confidence working across cloud and on-prem environments
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Bonus points for:
• ITIL certification or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, Linux, containerisation, or scripting
• A track record of leading successful infrastructure projects
