We are seeking a talented person to join our Information Systems Ops team here at Seeka. This position is primarily an end user facing role providing on-site helpdesk support to users and departments across all Seeka sites.

The role provides first/second level support and assists other members of the Ops Team to ensure remote sites are fully operational. You will be working with end users to ensure their helpdesk problems are solved, and they are trained in all Seeka systems. The role supports all types of digital infrastructure from mobile devices to network infrastructure and collaborates with the team to escalate more complicated issues for resolution.

The successful applicant will have:

• A basic knowledge of the Microsoft product stack
• At least 2 years’ experience working on helpdesk, or similar role
• At least 2 years’ experience installing and maintaining IT systems in a corporate environment
• Full New Zealanders Driver’s License
• Basic knowledge of operational technology such as packing machines
