Machine Operator
Step into a pivotal role at Seeka OPAC where innovation meets horticultural excellence. We’re looking for a motivated and technically minded Machine Operator to help power our post-harvest performance.
If you enjoy working with advanced machinery, data-driven systems and continuous improvement — this is your opportunity to make a real impact in the packhouse.
About the Role
As our Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and optimising Global Scan, InVision and NIR grading technology to maximise throughput, minimise fruit loss and ensure premium quality standards are achieved.
During harvest, you’ll report to the Packhouse Manager, and out of harvest you’ll report to the Maintenance Manager, supporting seasonal maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience is ideal — but not essential. If you’re mechanically minded, technically capable and eager to learn, we’ll support your development.
