Orchard Supervisor - Kerikeri

We’re looking for an Orchard Supervisor to join our team in sunny Kerikeri. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who enjoys being out in the orchard, leading by example and keeping teams moving toward clear goals.
Working closely with the Orchard Manager, you’ll help plan, organise and communicate orchard work programmes, while training and supervising orchard teams to meet seasonal demands.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate picking, pruning and orchard teams to deliver work safely, efficiently and to Seeka standards
- Oversee all orchard activities to ensure best practice and optimum production
- Support the continuity of orchard workflows through daily liaison with the Orchard Manager
- Coach and develop team members in vinework and general orchard tasks

Experience that sets you up for success
- Understanding of H&S legislation and experience putting safety into practice
- Experience in kiwifruit, horticulture, or the primary industry
- Full driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
