People and Capability Specialist


Seeka is an integrated horticultural and produce company that grows, processes, distributes and markets high quality produce to world markets.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a People & Capability superstar to join our team based at our office located just out of Te Puke, close to the expressway (go against the traffic!)

As one of two specialists in our People and Capability team, you will enjoy a dynamic role which requires the ability to understand our business and establish key relationships to provide pragmatic human resource advice and direction to our people managers.

This is a generalist role, however between the two business partners there will be responsibility for certain areas which, depending on the candidate may include seasonal recruitment, talent management, employment and industrial relations, the employee experience, and remuneration and benefits.

You will be joining a small but supportive team that gets stuck in but has fun along the way!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years demonstrated success in a business partnering role
  • A tertiary qualification in human resources or a similar field
  • Demonstrated experience in providing advice and influencing people strategies
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build and form positive relationships
