Regional Orchard Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Orchard Manager to lead, inspire, and drive performance across our orchard portfolio in Kerikeri. In this senior orchard leadership role, you’ll drive orchard strategy, mentor Orchard Managers, and deliver outstanding production, profitability, and fruit quality outcomes for Seeka and our growers.
You’ll be the link between orchard operations and strategic business growth - ensuring Seeka’s orchards are performing at their peak, both in the field and on the balance sheet.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Orchard Managers to achieve best-in-class performance.
- Drive strategy - from production planning to innovation and continuous improvement across the region.
- Own the numbers - build and monitor budgets, ensure financial sustainability, and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise orchard operations - ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant execution of all growing activities.
- Champion people development - recruit, mentor and build capability within your team and our cadet programme.
