RSE- Wellbeing Support


The Role:

As an integral part of our team at Seeka, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and welfare of our RSE workers from the Pacific Islands and Malaysia is managed and maintained professionally on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with RSE workers, acting as their ‘go-to’ person, and handling any issues in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Assisting with Inductions with RSE teams on their arrival and managing the teams at departure times.
  • Ensuring accommodation is kept clean and tidy, and providing assistance to teams when necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external support services, such as doctors and dentists.
  • Working effectively both within a small team and independently, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • A mature, energetic approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to manage your time efficiently and adapt to the varied tasks within the role.
  • The capacity to interact and relate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • A genuine passion for caring for others and a desire to make a difference.
  • Experience or understanding of the RSE program.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A clean and full driver’s license.
