RSE- Wellbeing Support
The Role:
As an integral part of our team at Seeka, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and welfare of our RSE workers from the Pacific Islands and Malaysia is managed and maintained professionally on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with RSE workers, acting as their ‘go-to’ person, and handling any issues in a confidential and professional manner.
- Assisting with Inductions with RSE teams on their arrival and managing the teams at departure times.
- Ensuring accommodation is kept clean and tidy, and providing assistance to teams when necessary.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external support services, such as doctors and dentists.
- Working effectively both within a small team and independently, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- A mature, energetic approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to manage your time efficiently and adapt to the varied tasks within the role.
- The capacity to interact and relate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for caring for others and a desire to make a difference.
- Experience or understanding of the RSE program.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A clean and full driver’s license.
